Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for achieving overall Sales target for the organization. Your key responsibilities are -
Formulate continuous Sales Strategies in alignment with the organizational Goals.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base across Pan India
Be instrumental in achieving targets through Direct Sales, Channel Partner Sales and corporate tie-ups if required.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and industry partners to enhance business opportunities.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
Develop, implement and monitor programs to maximize revenue, control expense, improve customer satisfaction.
Regularly analyze the customer response v/s sales target and alter the sales plan as required
Engaging with the customers through periodical events, sharing updates with them on regular basis, resolving their grievances & generate further leads through them.
Evaluate new channels and partners for communication and reach to prospective customers.
Monitor all sales initiatives to maximize revenue, control expense and improve customer satisfaction.
Devise reports and be able to present all data to management.
Appoint and manage distributors for selling the company products on pan India basis.
Conducting product training regularly to ensure the use of effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
Providing detailed and realistic sales forecasts to the management team in regular intervals
Participate in negotiations, contract development, and closing deals with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Handle sales enquiry for Luxury Living Products & act as a Key Account Manager for potential clients
Contribute towards opening display centres/franchises across India
Conduct market visits with the sales team to close potential deals wherever required
Team Management
Build, Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team across India, setting clear goals and targets to drive performance excellence.
To assertively drive and ensure that the team is completely aligned on process discipline and meeting targeted milestones.
Drive discipline in the team through regular review and feedback mechanisms and a complete grasp over data analytics / MIS for performance measurement.
Have a zero-tolerance attitude towards lapses in integrity, compliance, internal governance standards and Company ethics
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters preferred)
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in similar industry
Post Graduation degree preferred in Sales & Marketing
Technical Skills
Well-versed in CRM and other sales software tools
Market research and industry knowledge - be aware of industry norms, practices and regulations, and be aware of competition
Preference for Joiniing - Immediate to up till 2 months of notice period
