Key Responsibilities
To hunt for enquires for Precision Components manufactured within the Group including enquires for Tool Room components & equipment
To develop relationship with existing Customers with a view to enhance current Business
To prospect & engage with new Customers in new Territories for the Sales Process.
To organize for all meetings of Customers with relevant stakeholders within the Group.
To promote & market Precision components through different avenues like cold calls,focused marketing, product referrals etc.
Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain about the Group Products (Precision components) to customers.
Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and monitoring deliveries with execution team.
Engaging with end Customers / OEMs directly, if possible, to ensure quick response on enquiries.
Helping customers who have problems with their current sourcing and recommending improved & better options.
Soliciting and logging Customer feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target Customers.
Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management & internal teams.
Setting and achieving sales goals and objectives.
Training other junior members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company'sproducts
Pursuing new avenues for sales e.g., alternate uses & applications for Precisioncomponents
Requirements
Education: BE (Mechanical / Production) / Diploma (Mechanical), MBA (Preferred but not mandatory)
Specialized knowledge: Specific knowledge of Precision Component sales with sufficient exposure in Manufacturing & understanding of Quality requirements / tolerances.
Skills: Product selling. Ability to absorb Product knowledge and conduct needs analyses. Understanding of Sales process for Precision Components
Abilities: Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with decision makers at Customers and also open new Customer accounts
Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Good written & verbal communication skills. Excellent Presentation skills and the readiness to improve these skills as required.

About the Company
This is a role involving business development for precision components by a leading manufacturing company based in Pune.
This role will be based out of the Pune office but you should be prepared for travel to Customer locations pan-India when required.
