Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients requiring recruitment and other services.

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential target clients.

  • Build a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.

  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing value-added services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for account growth.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the defined timelines.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.

  • Stay abreast of market changes, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends to capitalize on business opportunities.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of new accounts and provide necessary support during the onboarding process.

  • Provide feedback and input on market trends, client needs, and industry insights to help shape the company's overall strategy.

Industry Knowledge and Professional Development:

  • Stay updated on industry developments, recruitment trends, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

  • Attend relevant industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to expand the network and enhance the knowledge base.

  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the organization.

Requirements

  • Graduate-level education degree or diploma

  • 2-4 years of Business Development or Sales experience 

  • Willingness to travel and visit clients situated in Mumbai or Pune

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English

  • Positive, can-do attitude
