Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:
Identify and prospect potential clients requiring recruitment and other services.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential target clients.
Build a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing value-added services.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for account growth.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the defined timelines.
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.
Stay abreast of market changes, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends to capitalize on business opportunities.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of new accounts and provide necessary support during the onboarding process.
Provide feedback and input on market trends, client needs, and industry insights to help shape the company's overall strategy.
Industry Knowledge and Professional Development:
Stay updated on industry developments, recruitment trends, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Attend relevant industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to expand the network and enhance the knowledge base.
Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the organization.
Requirements
Graduate-level education degree or diploma
2-4 years of Business Development or Sales experience
Willingness to travel and visit clients situated in Mumbai or Pune
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English
Positive, can-do attitude
