Key Responsibilities
Accounting:
Supervise and manage day to day accounting operations
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firm
Manage monthly payroll and compliance
Manage and control Accounts receivable and payable
Supervise accounting staff
Planning & Controlling:
Prepare annual budgets and monitor progress
Produce monthly MIS reports for budget vs actual analysis
Prepare and manage short term and long-term cash flow forecasts
Manage day to day cash flows
Laise with banks / financing agencies to fulfil funding requirements
Handle import / export transactions, import licensing, export incentives
Assist MD in preparing project reports, working capital and investment planning
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Post graduate in Commerce / Inter CA or CMA / MBA (Finance)
2-3 years in a supervisory capacity in a reputed manufacturing organisation
Skills
Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws and compliance requirements
Advanced knowledge and hands on experience in MS Office esp Excel,
Accounting softwares such as Tally, Zoho etc.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise
Good written and oral communication
About the Company
This role will be responsible to supervise and maintain proper accounting system, and manage Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting
Manufacturing Company in Auto Component space. Significant exports Current Sales around Rs. 2 crs, plan to scale up to Rs. 100 crs in 5 years.
This role will report to the Managing Director
